We have three billing procedures for our clients. In every case we provide a written proposal which must be approved by the client before any work will be undertaken or billed. We want you to know what you’re getting, and we want you to know what it will cost.

Retainer clients are billed 30 days in advance on a monthly basis for services as stipulated in our retainer contract.

Project clients are billed upon the completion and approval of each stage of the project.

Hourly clients are billed on a monthly basis for the services provided during that month.

Of course, there is no charge for the proposal itself, or any meetings to present or fine tune a proposal.
